could you please explain me the new pattern
–> As per the new pattern how many marks does each question carry?
    DI: 35 questions-60 marks; RES: 45 q-60 marks
    TOTAL 155Q, 200MARKS
what is the difference? 1/4th negative marking equally for all questions
–> candidate doesn’t require so much time in GK/ENG section. suppose we finish DI, Res in 60+45 105mins and rest of the paper in less than 30min we dont require 180mins, 45mins idle. instead of submitting we can discuss with others. what is the logic here. can we jump sections after allotted time completion

You have to spend the time allotted to the section in solving questions from that section only, You can’t switch sections in between.
All questions will not be carrying the same marks. Weightage may vary as per the difficulty level

  • sumit karn

it is mentioned quantitative aptitude here..
but i think it should be DI..

Yes you are correct. But for prelims, questions apart from DI will also be asked. For mains only DI will be asked.
We have just written Quantitative Aptitude for the sake of convenience
