The Questions asked were:

  • There are two schemes A and B, having 12% interest rate. A person invests in both in the ratio of 3:4. After 3 years, the difference between amount invested in A and the  Interest from B is given, calculate the amount invested in scheme A.
  • Two schemes A and B are given having different interest rates and different principal values invested in them. Compound interest after 2 years from both the schemes is given as equal. Calculate investment in scheme B.
  • There are 35 students in a class. Number of girls in the class is 5 more than the boys. The average weight of girls is 2 kg more than the boys’ average. Total weight of girls is 190 kg more than that of boys. Calculate the average weight of the class.
  • 3/4th of a 2-digit number (A) is equal to the 3/7th of the same number after reversing the digits. If ten’s digit is smaller than the unit’s digit. Calculate the number.
