RITES Limited Recruitment 2017 : Educational Qualifications

Post Qualification Minimum Post-qualification experience
Manager (Engg) Degree in IT/ Computer Science & Engg/ Computer Science/ Computer Engg/ Electronics & Communication Engg. AND SAP certification in BASIS 6 years Experience in SAPBASIS with backend database as Oracle. Must have knowledge of HP, UNIX, ORACLE based SQL.
Assistant Manager Full Time First Class BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) Degree in IT/ Computer Science & Engg/ Computer Science/ Computer Engg/ Electronics & Communication Engg AND SAP certification in ABAP 4 years Experience in SAPABAP Programming. Working knowledge of Web Dyan Pro, RICEFW is must.

RITES Limited Recruitment: Selection Process

The applications received shall be screened for eligibility. The company reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for Written Test/ Interview out of eligible candidates. The candidates shall have the option to appear for interview either in Hindi or English.

Selected candidates will be appointed subject to their being found medically fit in the Medical Examination to be conducted as per RITES Rules and Standards for the post.

RITES Limited Recruitment 2017: Procedure for Application

1. Interested candidates fulfilling the above laid down eligibility criteria are required to apply online in the registration format available in the Career Section of RITES website, http://www.rites.com.

2. While submitting the online application; the system would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of online form filled up by the candidate. Note down this “Registration No.” and quote it for all further communication with RITES Ltd.

3. Candidates must  send the printout along with self-attested copies of all certificates & documents to the Assistant Manager (P)/Rectt., RITES Ltd., RITES Bhawan, Plot No.1, Sector-29, Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana.

4. Start date of online registration 13.07.2017.

5. Last date of online registration 04.08.2017.

6. Last date of submission of hard copy of documents 17.08.2017.



RITES Limited Recruitment: Nature & Period of Engagement

The appointment shall be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance.

Selected candidates shall be liable to be posted anywhere in India as per company requirements.

RITES Limited Recruitment: Remuneration

The selected candidates would be paid Basic pay and DA, fixed/variable allowances as applicable in the scale, HRA/Lease, Contribution to PF, Gratuity as per Gratuity Act. Other benefits would be as under:

a) Leaves

b) Maternity Leave/ Paternity Leave

c) Medical facility

d) Accident/Death Insurance.

e) Leave Encashment.

The approximate emoluments for the post of Manager and Assistant Manager are 10.5 LPA and 8+ LPA respectively. Remuneration mentioned above is only indicative. Actual remuneration shall depend upon place of posting and other terms & conditions of appointment.
