RailTel Corporation of India Ltd Recruitment: Salary Details

Name of the Posts Pay Scale
 1. Assistant Engineer:Monthly remuneration – Rs. 20,000/- + EPF (Employer’s contribution)

Note: Deduction on account EPF (employees’ contribution) under EPF and MP Act, 1952, will, however, be made on the specified minimum wages under Minimum Wages Act of the concerned state.

ii) Annual increment – Rs.1400/- per annum.

iii) Following additional allowances shall be admissible:

a) House Rent Allowance : Rs. 3000/-

b) Consolidated Travelling Allowance: Rs. 6000/-

c) Fuel / Transport Allowance: Rs. 3000/-

 2. Sr. Manager:Pay Scale: Rs. 24,900 – Rs. 50,500 + applicable IDA + HRA + applicable allowances & perks admissible, as per extant RailTel’s Policy for E-3 level.
 3. Asst. General Manager:Pay Scale: Rs. 29,100 – Rs. 54,500 + applicable IDA + HRA + applicable allowances & perks admissible, as per extant RailTel’s Policy for E-4 level.
 4. Assistant Engineer:Monthly remuneration – Rs. 20,000/- + EPF (Employer’s contribution)
