Will I get a confirm job after completing the course ?

Yes, if you complete the course and secure the passing marks, you will get a confirmed job.

No, bank will not pay your fee amount. You have to pay it on your own. But You can finance the course fee by availing Education Loan which will be granted by Bank of Baroda.

What is the Course Fee?

The Course fee is Rs. 3.45/- lakhs, (which includes boarding, Lodging and other fees, etc.) plus service taxes, as applicable.

What is the Course Duration and Plan?

  • The Course duration and plan is as follows:
  • Classroom sessions (Duration of 9 months and having  trimester pattern) to be conducted at the Manipal school of Banking.
  • Internship (Duration of 3 months) at any branch or office (within India) of Bank of Baroda.

Will I get some salary during training period?

No.You will not be getting any salary. But, you will get some stipend which is as follows:

  • Rs. 2,500/- p.m. (9 months Campus period)
  • Rs. 10,000/- p.m. (3 months internship period)

What Salary I will get after The Training is Complete?

  • You will get salary as per the Scale of Junior Management Grade (Scale 1)
  • Also, on successful completion of 5 years of your service, the loan amount of Rs 3 lacs will be paid back to you.
  • And, on completion of 7 years of service, even the notional interest amount (upto Rs. 1 lac) will  be paid back to you.
  • Thus, making it a total “cashless scheme” to make a lucrative Banking career with Bank of Baroda.

What is the Selection Procedure?

The Selection procedure is as follows:

  • Online Test (objective + descriptive)
  • Personal interview.

Is there any Service Bond?

  • Yes, There is a Service Bond for serving the Bank for a minimum period of 3 years from the date of joining Bank’s service.
  • In case you leave the services of the Bank before 3 years, you will have to pay back to the Bank the full amount of stipend received by you during the program, in addition to a notional amount of Rs. 1 lakh.
  • Also, you have to clear your outstanding educational loan dues, if you opted for education loan from the Bank.

      Most probably yes, (though there can be an exception).
