OFB Recruitment: Age Limit

Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 32 years as on the closing date of online applications.

Age relaxation is admissible to 05 years for SC/ ST candidates, 03 years for OBC candidates & Other relaxation details refer the notification.

OFB Recruitment: Education Qualification

Candidates should Possess Matriculation + National Trade Certificate (NTC)/ National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) issued by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) for Semi Skilled Workman Pots, Matriculation for Labour Posts.

OFB Recruitment: Mode of Selection

(a) Selection process shall comprise of a 2 stage process:

Written examination of 100 marks, objective type and OMR based
Trade Test (Practical) at respective factory along with document verification

(b) On the basis of merit list based on marks obtained in written test, candidates 1.25 times the number of vacancies shall be called for Trade Test (Practical).

OFB Recruitment: Salary Details

Pay Band	Pay Band-1 (Rs.5200-20200), Grade Pay Rs. 1800 (pre-revised), Entry Level Pay in 7th CPC 18000
Other Allowances	Allowances as admissible to the Central Government employees from time to time.

OFB Recruitment: How to Apply

a) Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available through a link in the above-mentioned website under the tab ‘Apply Online’ & ‘How to Apply’.

b) The Online applications (Part I and II) can be filled from 29.05.2017 to till 23:55 Hrs on 19.06.2017.

c) The candidate must ensure that before filling up of the Online Application.

d) Candidates will be required to complete the Online Application Form containing two stages viz. Part-I and Part-II, as per the instructions available through drop down menus. Candidates have to completely fill up the information in both the stages to be considered eligible for appearing in the written examination.
