NEET Result 2020 Merit List
The merit list will be prepared as per the candidate’s performance in the NEET exam. The merit list for 15% All India Quota will be prepared by Central Board of Education (CBSE) board. Candidates will get admission in colleges or universities as per their position in the merit list. The rank list will be published through online mode.

NEET MDS 2020 Minimum Qualifying Percentile
NBE has declared the cutoff score of NEET MDS 2020 along with the result. Candidates who appeared for NEET MDS 2020 will need to score the minimum required NEET MDS percentile score in order to be eligible for admission to MDS courses. It must be noted by the candidates that minimum required qualifying percentile may be lowered in case enough candidates fail to score required percentile score (as was done in the previous year). The category-wise minimum qualifying percentile which must be scored by candidates in NEET Result is given in the table below:

NEET Result – Types of merit lists
NBE is the exam conducting authority of NEET MDS and it is also responsible for the declaration of NEET Result 2020. NBE will soon release an overall merit list of all the applicants who appear for NEET MDS exam and then further merit lists are prepared from the All India NEET MDS ranks. Given below are the types of merit lists determined on the basis of the NEET Result for MDS 2020 along with the respective authorities responsible for releasing them.

1. | All India NEET MDS 2020 Rank | All India NEET MDS 2020 ranks will be released in the form of an all India merit list released by NBE. It will detail unique ranks of all the applicants who appeared for NEET MDS entrance exam. The ranks given will be sorted in descending order of the scores obtained by applicants in NEET MDS result 2020. |
2. | All India 50% Quota (AIQ) Overall Merit or Rank List | NBE will release an overall merit list of candidates (irrespective of their categories) who have applied for All India Quota (50%). It will give merit ranking to applicants who appeared for NEET MDS 2020 exam and are also eligible for AIQ admissions. |
3. | All India 50% Quota Category-wise Merit List | Along with overall All India Quota ranks, NBE also releases category-wise AIQ merit list for admission to various AIQ reserved categories, namely OBC, SC, ST. |
4. | State or Union Territory (UT) Overall and Category-wise NEET MDS 2020 Merit Lists | Respective state/union territory’s counselling authorities release their respective merit lists using the scores of NEET MDS result 2020. Ranks given in state merit list are used for admission to respective state government and private dental colleges. |
5. | AFMS Merit List | A separate merit list is released by NBE for admission to postgraduate courses in AFMS (Armed Forces Medical Sevices) institutions. |
