NABARD Grade A Syllabus 2020: NABARD has announced applications for the posts of Manager (Grade B) and Assistant Manager (Grade A) in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). NABARD Selection Procedure
There are three phases of the NABARD Exam Pattern:
- Prelims Exam – online (objective MCQs)
- Mains Exam – online (objective MCQs + Descriptive)
- Interview
This year NABARD has made certain changes in the Phase I exam pattern. It has increased the weightage marks of Economics, Agriculture & Rural Development subjects & reduced the weighatge of Reasoning & Quant keeping the oveall weighatge same i.e 200 Marks. Syllabus for NABARD Grade A Prelims Exam 2020
1. English Syllabus for NABARD
(1) Reading Comprehension
- Expected No. of Qs: 10-15
- Expected Topics: The passage will be focused on topics like Banking & Economy, Business, Social Issues etc. Questions will be based on Fact and Inference, Vocab & Theme, Antonyms & Synonyms etc.

(2) Error Spotting, Phrase Replacement
- Expected No. of Qs: 5-10
- Expected Topics: Error Spotting, Phrase Replacement/ Sentence Correction.
(3) Cloze Test

- Expected Topics: We were given a single passage with some blanks. You have to choose the correct option that fit in the blank & goes with the rhythm of the passage.
