IBPS RRB Office Assistant Exam was conducted in all regions this weekend. This year duration of exam was reduced from 2 hour 30 minutes to 2 hour.  Below is the section wise analysis of the exam and Questions asked in GA section can be seen at the end of this post. IBPS-Logo

1 Reasoning :
Overall reasoning was easy and Students could easily attempt 26-32 questions. Topic wise breakup of this section

  • Syllogisms  :  5
  • Seating Arrangement : 5
  • Coded Inequality :  5
  • Puzzles 10 :
  • Coding-Decoding : 5
  • Blood Relations : 2
  • Misc : 8

2. Numerical Ability
This section was moderate and good no of attempts in this section were 18-23. This section had questions from following topics

  • Series : 5
  • Simplification : 15
  • DI : 5
  • Percentages, Time and work ,SI/CI , TSD, Ages : 15

3: English Language
English was easy and a well prepared candidate could easily attempt 26-31 Questions.  Topic wise break up of this section was

  • RC  : 10
  • Sentence Correction : 5
  • Para Jumble:  5
  • Cloze Passage:  10
  • Fill in the blanks : 5
  • Spot the error : 5

4. General Awareness
Overall GA was moderate in nature and question were asked from Static as well as current affairs. Many question were from Banking Awareness.

5. Computer Knowledge 
It was the easiest section and anybody with basic computer knowledge could easily attempt 30+ Questions in the exam.

Overall a well prepared could easily attempt 155-160 Questions.
