IBPS PO Exam Analysis Slot 2
The Prelim Exam consisted of 3 sections which were spread over English Language, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. The duration of the exam was one hour which carried 100 marks.

The Numeric ability was of moderate level. The rest of the questions were easy this year.
English Language
Level : Difficult
Type of Questions
- Reading Comprehension – 8
- Cloze Passage – 7
- Para Jumbles – 5
- Errors – 10
Overall , the English section was complex this year. The RC passages were challenging testing the grip of the student on vocabulary and basic understanding of the English language.

Level – Moderate

- Sitting Arrangement – 10
- Puzzles – 10
- Miscellaneous Topics – 5
Reasoning Ability was moderate this year. No coding decoding questions were asked. Puzzles were easy to attempt.

See your attempt is good as in the number of questions. However the accuracy level puts you in the ‘maybe’ category. But don’t worry. Lets see how much does IBPS set the official cutoff.

I don’t think it should be an issue. But just to guide you , here’s what you can do – If you get selected, that time during the verification you can show your Class 10th certificate as name proof. It’s the most authentic proof. Don’t worry.
