IAS Exam Admit Cards have been released by Union Public Service Commission.

Civil Services Preliminary Examination (IAS Exam) will be held on August 7, 2016.
The admit cards have been released for the exam.
The e- Admission Certificate or the Admit Card are available on the official website of UPSC for candidates to download.
INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR IAS EXAM
The candidates have to enter their Registration No/Roll No/Date of Birth/Password for downloading the Admit Card.
It is mandatory for the candidates to bring the hard copy/printed copy of the Admit Card to the examination center on the day of exam.
The IAS Admit Card 2016 will have all the details related to the exam.
PROCEDURE FOR DOWNLOADING IAS EXAM ADMIT CARD 2016
The candidates should note that UPSC will not send the IAS Exam Admit Cards 2016 to any candidate personally.
This means that candidates should visit the official website of UPSC to download their Admit card.
The following instructions will help the candidates download their IAS Admit Card properly –
STEP 1 Visit the official website of UPSC which is upsconline.nic.in
STEP 2 Find the link of the Admit card on the homepage. The link would be titled as ‘Civil Service Preliminary Admit Card 2016’.
STEP 3 Click on the link.
STEP 4 On clicking the page, a login page will open where the candidates will be instructed to enter certain information like Application Form Number, the Date of birth etc.
STEP 5 Once the information is entered, click on the SUBMIT button
STEP 6 The IAS Admit Card 2016 will get downloaded.
STEP 7 Take the Print out of the e-admit card.
WHAT IF ADMIT CARDS ARE NOT ISSUED ?
In case the Admit Card has not been issued to any particular candidate , do not panic.
Contact the authorities at UPSC at the earliest.
All communications to UPSC should include details such as the following –
Name of the candidate
Name and year of the exam
Complete postal address as given in the UPSC application
Candidates can also avail adequate information about IAS Admit Card for preliminary examination through the Facilitation Counters that have been set up by the Commission for this purpose.
The Facilitation Counter is located at the Commission’s office.
