I have been working as DRO(PO) in bank of india for the last one year. I m satisfied to work with this premier organization. As, promotion, work culture & response from senior top level officer is easy & friendly. For some last couple of years all banking industry is going through challenging mode. So bank of india is too at that par. But I am happy to inform u all that bank of India is the only bank who is recovering it’s heritage heartily & fastly. Under the platform of bank of india, one can enhance his/her learning capacity & get handsome incentive for the passing of mandatory test organized by it. As Boi organized test for kyc & aml mandatory for its employee from scale 1 to 5. Even Boi promotes it’s employee if one is willing & interested in music, sports, entertainment & so on which none of bank has tried. For the remaining incentives r as follows except salary for scale 1:-
For petrol 35 Lt in urban
    30 Lt in semi-urban
    25 Lt in rural
    Newspaper 250 per month
    Cleaning materials 500pm
    Entertainment 700 pm
    Briefcase 1200 in 2 yrs
    Medical 8000 py
    Telephone 350 pm
Medical expenses 90 % of bill
HA & ta allowance & many more.
One can choose if one wants as havoc of merger will also took place. In that five banks bank of India will be existed in which other 3 banks will merge.
