DSSSB Exam Pattern
DSSSB Tier-I Exam Pattern
Tier-I of DSSSB exam is conducted online. The test has multiple choice questions. There are 2 sections in the exam. Total marks allocated are 200. Section-I will have questions from topics General Awareness, English and Hindi Language Test, Reasoning and General Intelligence and Numerical Ability. 100 marks are allocated to section-I. Exam pattern for section-I is as follows:

DSSSB Tier-II Exam
The Teir-II exam has MCQs and total marks allocated is 200. Apart from that, a descriptive test is also there worth 75 marks. In the descriptive test, there will be one essay for 50 marks and a descriptive letter worth 25 marks. Exam Pattern for Teir-II exam is as follows:

Other Details:
- There is negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer. No marks are deducted for unanswered questions.
- The minimum cut-off for each post is decided by the board depending upon no. of candidates appeared for the exam.
- The skill-based test will be conducted as per requirement of the post.
- Only candidates who clear Tier-I exam will be eligible to appear for Tier-II exam.
