Previous Year Results Statistics:

According to the given statistics, Around 10,67,900 students were appeared for Senior secondary exam and out of which 621259 are boys and 446641 are girls. The official notification said that the performance of girls has been better than boys. The Pass percentage of girls is 88.58% whereas pass percentage of boys is 78.85%. The total overall pass percentage was recorded as 98.87% for 10th and 82.70 percent for 12th respectively.

About CBSE Board:

CBSE Board is the famous board in all over the country. CBSE Board is known as the center board of secondary education. A lot of schools are affiliated with this board. CBSE Board was established on November 3rd, 1962. CBSE Board provides the education in Hindi and English both medium also.

The first education board to be set up in India was the Uttar Pradesh Board of High School and Intermediate Education in 1921, which was under jurisdiction of Rajputana, Central India and Gwalior. In 1929, the government of India set up a joint Board named “Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Rajputana”. This included Ajmer, Merwara, Central India and Gwalior. Later it was confined to Ajmer, Bhopal and Vindhya Pradesh. In 1952, it became the “Central Board of Secondary Education”.
