Mock Tests are preparation tests taken before the actual exam to ascertain your likely result in the competitive exam. Mock tests are very similar to the actual exam in pattern and difficulty level and are taken by a large number of candidates. The final result of taking a mock test is to know where you stand among the other candidates for a particular competitive exam. After taking a good mock test, you will get a very clear understanding of where you stand today, and what you have to focus on to achieve success in the exam. In a way, mock tests show you the right path to success. In competitive examinations, mock tests only way to know where you stand. Every successful student knows the immense value of mock tests.

We believe that our students greatly benefit from taking the MockBank mock test series, and we are willing to guarantee it. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the mock test and the PARS, your money will be fully refunded without any conditions.

A: PARS stand for Performance Analysis and Recommendation Summary. PARS is specially made by our faculty for you based on your mock test performance. There are three major parts of PARS:

1. All sectional and overall cutoffs and analysis of your performance vis-a-vis the cutoffs

2. Feedback on exam strategy: Recommendations on how to attempt the question paper- order of sections, time division, guesswork vs accuracy etc. In short, how can you use your current knowledge to maximize your performance

3. Recommended study plan: Suggestions on how to prepare in the remaining days. What to study, what not to study, how to study, where to study from etc. When you have few days left for your exam, every hour of study has to be optimized. Just working hard would not help, you have to work smart
After each mock test, a new PARS is sent within 24 hours (It takes up to 24 hours because the PARS is manually prepared by the faculty) So if you take a 5 mock tests series, 5 new PARS will be sent, one after each mock test..

A: Our mock tests are not general mock tests, they are very specific to the exam. For example, all banking examinations like RBI, IBPS, SBI are slightly different. Other academies may give you same tests for all exams. At MockBank, we make specific mock tests for different exams

Our mock tests question papers are prepared by experienced faculty. A number of inputs go into creating the question papers, like- pattern of previous years question papers, changing trends over previous years, pattern of recent exams conducted by the same agency, e.g. IBPS conducts many exams every year including those of banks, insurance companies, PF organizations, regulatory bodies etc. For instance, while creating mock sets for IBPS PO, our experts will take into consideration last few years IBPS PO question papers and also the recent other exams conducted by IBPS, like RBI Officers, SEBI Officers, LIC AAO etc. The purpose of the above extensive exercise is to come up with mock sets of all probable difficulty levels and patterns, so that our students are well prepared to face everything in the exam.

A: After every PARS, our faculty will call the student and explain the PARS. It is a detailed phone mentorship covering multiple topics- mock test performance feedback, strong & weak areas, exam strategy, study plan. You can also ask any other doubts to our faculty. You will receive a faculty mentorship call after every mock test attempt

A: We have a lot of students who are also taking mock test series from coaching institutes like Mahendra’s etc. Our students tell us that they have never had an experience as good as MockBank Mock Tests. We are different in 3 major ways:

1. Exam specific mock tests, not general all-purpose question papers
2. Faculty created PARS (Performance Analysis & Recommendation Summary) with all sectional and overall cutoffs, feedback on exam strategy and recommended study plan
3. Personalized faculty mentorship that guides you to success and keeps you focused on the right path

In our experience, MockBank mock tests series help candidates score 36% more marks on an average. A 36% improvement can make a difference between not qualifying and qualifying, and between getting your last preference bank vs getting your first preference bank. MOckBank mock tests series has proved to be a life changing experience for hundreds of our students. Ofcourse, the credit goes to the students' hard work and dedication.

A: Ideally you should take atleast 1-2 mock tests before you even properly start your preparation. You may think that this way you will waste a mock test, but practice never goes waste. Your performance in the mock test will give you very important clues on what to prepare and how to prepare, what to focus on and more importantly what to not focus on. Hence, the earlier you start taking mock tests, the better it is. We recommend that for banking/ PSU objective type exams, you should start taking mock tests atleast 60-90 days in advance of your exam. You should aim to write 15-20 mock tests before taking the actual exam.

This does not mean that mock tests only help if taken 90 days in advance. We have hundreds of students who have even taken the mock test the previous day of the exam and have benefited immensely by tweaking their exam strategy based on MockBank feedback. But if you compare taking mock tests early and taking mock test in the last few days to the exam, early mock tests will give you more benefit
